What an absolute joke. Asking customers shady questions to raise their rates. When trying to raise our limits, the rep deemed the car was business use for driving to and from work. After calling again to deal with this issue the rep agreed absolutely not business use but couldn't remove it. Moved to supervisor and said he had no issue losing 4 cars and a house at 6k a year over 60 dollars. Apparently you shouldn't drive your car to work.
