RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I talked to an agent to help me get a quote for adding another vehicle in my policy. She gave me a reasonable quote but I had to ask if the bodily injury liability and the property damage liability she gave me would be an acceptable amount for a leased car because I googled it and it says that it must be a $100,000/$300,00 for BIL and $50,000 for PDL, then she's like "well you already know what to get then why are you still asking me?" This insurance is the worst insurance company besides Progressive... they fraudulently took money from my banking account. They tried to make me pay double the amount of insurance in one month and could not explain to me why... the customer service rep stated that she was going to fix the problem however lied. Do not sign up with Geico I have been with them for 19 years and loyalty and being a good customer means nothing to them.
My experience with a Geico claim: I was recently involved in a rear end collision. I was found to be zero percent at fault by their representatives. The other driver was also a Geico client.
