I AM NOT MAD ---- I ALWAYS TYPE IN CAPS. WITH THAT SAID. ERICA HELPED ME ON THE PHONE ( SAVING ME ABOUT AN HOUR DRIVE FROM MY HOME TO HER KATY TEXAS OFFICE) AND WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL.
