I AM NOT MAD ---- I ALWAYS TYPE IN CAPS. WITH THAT SAID. ERICA HELPED ME ON THE PHONE ( SAVING ME ABOUT AN HOUR DRIVE FROM MY HOME TO HER KATY TEXAS OFFICE) AND WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL. HER PROFESSIONALISM AND UNDERSTANDING ON WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS SPOT ON. SHE QUOTED ME A POLICY THAT COMPARED WHAT I HAVE NOW AND WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME BETTER COVERAGE FOR A LOWER SIX MONTH RATE THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR NOW. IN THESE TIMES, CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEMS TO BE LACKING IN OUR BUSINESS WORLD. IF EVERYONE TREATED THEIR CUSTOMERS (OR FUTURE CUSTOMERS) AS ERICA DID WITH ME AND IF ALL THE STAFF AT GEICO WERE LIKE ERICA THEN I SEE NO OTHER REASON TO INSURE YOUR CARS AND/HOMES OR OTHER THINGS YOU HAVE WITH GEICO. FIRST CLASS ALL AROUND.
