Immediately, YES! I requested a quote from the 800 line and they had to get back to me. Instead of waiting, I reached out to the closest agent to me and by goodness I was lucky to get Lori Myers. As soon as we got on the phone I told her about the delay in the 800 getting back and told her my other qualms, she quickly set me up in just about 20 minutes with a policy for my husband AND we saved money. She was so personable and knowledgeable that my only regrets are not reaching out to her sooner!! Thank you Lori!!!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting and signing up for insurance with Lori Myers. She answered my questions clearly and honestly, and didn't steer me towards expensive add ons. I also prefer to have a local agent who I can easily reach out to when necessary and knows the area. Didn't have that experience with Liberty. You call the customer service line and get whoever working from home from anywhere in the country.

Geico really has some decent knowledgeable reps - Dana who took my call was very kind, understanding and was able to help me with a claim process- what I don’t get is why Geico is saying they are not receiving my dash cam video of an incident- sending thru emails - phone texts- different methods and they consistently saying we didn’t receive it.
