Just bad. Not informative. Just difficult in every way. I went there because of Lori. The more her business grew the worse she got. Extremely disappointed. Then got the nerve to apologize to others. Try doing better and give everyone the same valued service
My problem is not with Lori Myers But Geico's policies itself
Before I even called them, I checked the reviews and saw a lot of bad ones. But I decided to give them a shot anyway because I thought not everyone is the same. I really regret even calling them — I should’ve listened to those reviews. I had a terrible experience with this GEICO local office. The staff were extremely unprofessional — they constantly cut me off while I was talking and made it seem like they didn’t want to help at all. If I can give, Lynne M. Zutter a 10 star I would. Not only was she thorough, her customer service skills were amazing. She really went through everything with me and applied every possible discount available. Thank you! I definitely recommend GEICO❤️
Lori was amazing she helped me through the process. Explained everything. She so friendly and thoughtful. Also they have great rates even cheaper then state farm. Im glad i called.
