I haven't had my car for 3 weeks due to repairs. I was told to pick my car up on 12/20 and the mechanic told me that there needs to be more repairs done but it has to be approved by Geico. Their hands are tied so now I have go even longer without my car. I call Nancy and she doesn't pick up. Their rates are stupid high, I called to cancel my plan, they lied to me on a recorded line saying I was going to get my refund within 3 business days sent back to my debit card (my mode of payment) 3 days later I give them a call to see where my money is, they tell me they issued a paper check and they sent it to the wrong address, it’s now been 6 days and the check is nowhere in sight, nobody will help me over the phone, nobody knows where the check is, they are holding my money hostage, I’ll never use geico again, If I co... read more
