I AM NOT MAD ---- I ALWAYS TYPE IN CAPS. WITH THAT SAID. ERICA HELPED ME ON THE PHONE ( SAVING ME ABOUT AN HOUR DRIVE FROM MY HOME TO HER KATY TEXAS OFFICE) AND WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL. HER PROFESSIONALISM AND UNDERSTANDING ON WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS SPOT ON. SHE QUOTED ME A POLICY THAT COMPARED WHAT I HAVE NOW AND WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME BETTER COVERAGE FOR A LOWER SIX MONTH RATE THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR NOW. I was really surprised that it didn't take long to get a new policy started and after talking to an agent there she offered to quote my home insurance too. I didn't even know Geico did home insurance. Definitely a good experience and saved me a LOT of money on both. I'm glad she mentioned it. She was super helpful
The biggest thing I like about Geico is that I can push back my auto payments if one month I am cutting it close with money. I love the automatic payments because I don't have to worry about it. But things do come up. Just only concerned about profits!!
We have been with Geico for about 5 years and love it. I have searched other companies but the quotes are never close to what we pay Geico. One of the reasons why we went with Geico is because we are a military family. I always get great customer service anytime I have to call them. We've gotten our insurance through Young Insurance Agency (local Geico agent in Greensboro). They have been very helpful and thorough, particularly Cheryl in their office has been really good to work with in making changes, answering questions and helping us with our insurance needs. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
