Rates just went up to an unbelievable amount. And I am not able to call the office directly. You have to call the service desk which I've done three times. Not happy with this. So Geico if you see this I need to make an appointment to come in to see you at the local office in Columbus Georgia. P.S. I switched to another Auto insurance company and canceled my Geico policy.

I spent hours setting up new auto and renters insurance policies with autopay starting February 19. Paid over $400 by check for January payment using an account that was different from the voided check I provided to Sarenity for autopay to start on February 19. Got letter from company called Assurant with list of autopay schedule from the wrong account. Called Mendez Hollis and had the misfirtune of getting Melissa. Gieco always talks about how good they home owner insurance is. The second we tried to get home insurance the lady says the house to old and she can't help us, and some other stupid stuff she pretend was a problem.
