My fully covered running vehicle was considered totaled. I mailed them my title and they picked up my car. Only for them not to pay me the amount due because for some reason they can’t find my title claiming that it can take 10 days for their “mail room” to process even though I live less than an hour away. They didn’t inform me of this of course to which if they had I would’ve told them not to pick up my car until they are able to pay me for it because I would need that money to immediately purchase a new one for our family... read more
