I've been going back and forth for over a month with Selena just to get auto insurance. I just moved so I didn't have the two utilities bills. Now that I've sent that she's saying I need to order a new drivers license although dmv has my updated address and it's also on my car registration. Every document has my new address. This is the worst insurance company, they are scammers and fraudsters. My wife was driving a Volkswagen Golf and another Honda Civic crashed into us. We were found not at fault; the Honda had a valid registration and Geico insurance. We provided all the information and documents, they promised to do everything, but in the end, almost two weeks later, it turned out they had no documents and didn't even call the witness.
