I will never use Geico again. One of there agents made a criminal mistake that ruined my perfect credit score. He did not properly document my cancelation and it was sent to collections without me ever getting notice that i was still being charged. other employees and supervisors are not given the tools they need to amend simple issues or they are rude and sarcastically unprofessional.
