The assistant was very rude. Gave wrong price for higher rate. Then fixed information and did not refund adjusted rate. Very poor customer service and was rude telling me that’s not how that works in a rude manor.
Elizabeth is a phenomenal agent. She gave me much faster and professional service than other agents in the area. Also less than half the price of others. Thanks for the great service.
