Jordan Kennedy set me up on unauthorized auto pay. Never did I authorize this. I advised him I always mail payments in. I mailed my first payment in, he got the payment and entered it into the records as if I had done a payment over the phone. Then proceeded to set up the unauthorized illegal auto pay. Don't trust this office!!
