Jordan Kennedy set me up on unauthorized auto pay. Never did I authorize this. I advised him I always mail payments in. I mailed my first payment in, he got the payment and entered it into the records as if I had done a payment over the phone. Then proceeded to set up the unauthorized illegal auto pay. Don't trust this office!!

Steve was very welcoming at the entrance and handled my claim very professionally and courteously. We made some phone calls to the claims folks together and he was an immense supporter during the whole process. He even let me have some GEICO swag for my kiddos. Highly recommend this Office for anyone looking for a change in insurance.

Stop in to get a quote on a home policy,I was asked maybe 2 questions , I told him I was getting a quote for my ex wife who is selling are house in Arizona. I had all the Necessary information for the home she was purchasing in West Virginia.
