Horrible credit union! To cancel your account and get your money is a nightmare. I called multiple times, was on hold forever, the call back option is a lie they never call you. Then I was told about “inactive fees” applied to my account but I never received any notice of this. They kept my money, I’ve NEVER seen such a thing. Take your money ELSEWHERE or LOSE IT!!!!!
GEICO peeps, avoid the credit union at all costs. Been trying to get to my money for a week now. -called three days in a row at different times. Phone never answered. Waited as long as 37 minutes -message said to leave a voice mail, never returned the call -went online and sent an email per their website, it was returned “mailerdamaenblahblah unknown” -called the number provided when you call the office number they never answer, to report my card stolen/lost. I was a customer of geico for 6 years. I asked for a better premium many times from them. they could not compete. I found other insurance. I cancelled a month after my renewal and they charged me 10% of my total premium which was $750 dollars. they did not respect my loyalty and business which i gave them for 6 years and basically stole my money.
