2 months waiting for a check that will never arrive, they have already sent the check 3 times, an insured of this company crashed my car leaving it in total loss and I already have 2 months waiting for them to send me my check and it does not arrive or will arrive I am subscribed to the usps service to see my pending correspondence and I have nothing in my mailbox, I have called many times and talked to many people no one gives me an answer great garbage terrible service
As a Veteran i have had them for many years. Thought I was getting the best deal with stacked coverage. (Truck, rv, motorcycle)Turns out they been lying to me past 14 years. I could've been saving close to $300 with this other company. Perfect driving record, defensive driver course, and other stuff and these people ripped me off for so long. If they do this to veterans imagine what they do to regular civilians.
Worst customer experience. Had a claim, they said they took care of it. 3 months later I’m looking for a vehicle again and now I find out from my old auto loan GEICO never sent the pay off paper work and instead I owe the full amount on a vehicle GEICO totaled. Thanks GEICO.
