Poor Service!! AI answering is a nightmare. Rates are high and no one to answer phones!! Bye bye Geico. 10 years no claims and no one answers the phone or transfer!! Cancelled all cars.
I should have listened to everyone that was employed with Geico and even the ones still employed with Geico that this place is horrible to their employees. I was employed at geico from February 2025 to Nov 21st 2025. The training was horrible! They keep saying there's a method to their madness or give yourself grace or give yourself 6 months blah blah blah. But let me tell you what it was like. I had Geico for 3 years straight. On June 23rd 2026, I sold one of my vehicles so I removed it from my Geico policy. On June 24th, I bought a vehicle and added it to my Geico policy. My bill was always due on the 4th of every month. But doing the change of vehicles that day messed everything up. I was told by Geico that I had to pay $280 on July 8th and that I had another payment of $194 due on July 24th (and payments would be due on the 24th from then on).
