6 months ago I was hit by a Geico insured driver. Still haven't been paid for the damages she caused, or my medical bills, lost wprk time, or any other losses. They also refuse to speak with me about this.
Horrible!! Don't even try to get any help from this office unless you originally purchased your policy from the new owner...she has no interest in helping you because she makes no money off of you. Can't understand why GEICO has not done anything! **Notice Shelby's comment was from 2 years ago, before the new owner took over!
"The people here are so nice. I've had a few different insurance companies and this is the best. The best part is that I always feel welcome when I call or come in. It's also very convenient for me because it's right near Northside Walmart and all the other shopping places on the North side of town (a LOCAL office is great). The rates are WONDERFUL, and it was explained to me that Geico is very financially stable, so their rates do not fluctuate like a lot of companies'. I'm very happy here."
