Their policy isn’t worth the paper it’s written on, Apparently, The GEICO agent who wrote my home insurance policy with security first excluded water coverage and sold me my $500 hurricane deductible insurance. Absolutely horrible customer service. I just wanted to speak to a live agent, but it wouldn't let me. Every number I called wanted to sell me a medial alert device. They want you to do everything by the app or online. Awful.
Absolutely ridiculous I was rear ended with somebody with this insurance company. It’s been two weeks now I still have not received payment for my damages. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! If you want a current insurance company that will actually pay their claims. Don’t get this one……..
