We had a surprise plumbing issue! We called. The person who answered our call and scheduled the service was polite and friendly. Daniel and the owner arrived promptly -- within the hour. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. We are very pleased. The $39 service fee is not a bad deal either!!

I recently used their plumbing service, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. I had a two-inch PVC pipe that was leaking, and I explicitly showed them the exact leak and the pipe it was coming from. Despite pointing out the issue, I was shocked to be charged a whopping $360 just for a diagnostic fee. On top of that, they wanted to bill me separately for both labor and the necessary part.
