Thomas came on time and explained everything as he did it. He mentioned looking at the pump filter and I said good ahead. It was all clogged. He replaced the check valve which was the original problem and cleaned the filter. Now the tub empties without the usual backup. He is a good employee. Thanks.
Tom Dickson is a very knowledgeable plumber who always gets the job done right the first time. Tom is excellent with diagnostics and discovering root issues that lead to speedier repairs. Tom has done Plumbing work for our church and our elementary school, as well as a private Residence with us and he is always Punctual, professional, Honest and hard-working. A+ Service. Our heat wasn't working and they came out within an hour. Zach diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed it. Very friendly and would absolutely use again!!
