My tech was Avery today. He was kind and professional, and just went straight to work. This is the second season I have used this company for HVAC maintenance and I am very pleased with the service.
Very disappointed in these guys. Came for a service visit, overcharged me for a lb of freon, diagnosed my problem but refused to replace the part. They told me I needed a new system and have ignored every email and voicemail to come out and quote one.
A1 service don't know what else to say. I phoned at noon for water heater they not only scheduled same day but was at my home in less than half hour. This was without asking for that service or the senior discount they provide. Fantastic service from all.A great company to deal with.
