This office used to be good! The staff has lost its professionalism and Violates simple Hippaa violations everyday! The doctor is amazing at health but not at management of these issues. Even when trying to discuss the issues the patient is denied service and there violation isn't addressed!
Warm and friendly office and Dr. Gehling takes time to explain. I never felt rushed.
The staff at the Laguna Niguel are amazing and if I could rate just them I would give them 5 stars. But I did now go there for the staff. I went there to get valid tests and details from the Doctor. Dr Gehling is not listening to details or following directions, guessing way too much and giving false information which is not OK for me. I verified the information with 3 other sources and what Dr Gehling was telling me was incorrect. I never went back!
