If you are looking for a job I highly recommend you keep on looking especially if Eric Rung is still their division president. This place is a meat grinder and treated their employees as such. Eric Rung in several occasions made women in the office cry and fear him. You are better off taking a job at Chick-fil-A then working for this company. And please know I am referring to Gehan Homes not Brightland but they took over Gehan as of recent.
