Brightland Homes at Sunterra does not honor its warranty and workmanship quality after the sales is done. House leak after 5 weeks of closing. Water flooded the room. Ignorant and noncooperative response from their team on incident (salesman, construction manager). They all explained that was due to water coming via weep holes??? Builder refused to fix ANYTHING for a NEW HOUSE just closed 5 weeks. Also the construction manager was rude and never got to complete the work he promised to us at closing.
