Due to the poor construction and lack of integrity of the construction manager Haley, I would NOT purchase a home through brightland homes. My entire home buying experience was ruined due to Haley. She ignored 80% of the issues that we brought to her attention during the initial walkthrough by waiting until THE MORNING of my closing date to tackle the issues. Brightland Homes at Sunterra does not honor its warranty and workmanship quality after the sales is done. House leak after 5 weeks of closing. Water flooded the room. Ignorant and noncooperative response from their team on incident (salesman, construction manager). They all explained that was due to water coming via weep holes??? Builder refused to fix ANYTHING for a NEW HOUSE just closed 5 weeks. Also the construction manager was rude and never got to complete the work he promised to us at closing.
