Welp! Wellington has a well put together team that’s coming (Demi and Nolan)!!!!!!! We worked with these two for our build in the Watersbend location and our experience was nothing short of GREAT!!! They were never “too busy”. Our questions were always answered. No funny business, always upfront and transparent and NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM WITH OUR BUILD! We had about 6 different builders trying to lock us in but the Authenticity of the people at Gehan is what won! If you’re thinking about Gehan, make sure you find these two!
I met with Demi, a very gracious and helpful sales counselor. Demi answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was interested in the Mahogany model and she arranged a viewing of a completed house In another community to help me make a decision. I ultimately decided to go in another direction, but Demi is fantastic if you decide that Watersbend is for you.

My Husband and I just closed on our new home in the community and we couldn't be happier!! From the moment we met Demi and viewed the model home, we knew Gehan was the perfect builder for us.
