Nolan was awesome to work with! He went above and beyond to try to mitigate supply chain issues and get us into our home as quick as possible.
If you use this builder be prepared to deal with the consequences. Builder rushed the home to close by the end of a quarter. Was told would lose our house if didn't close when they wanted. Now have been burning through vacation days so their contractors can come and fix the issues that they caused originally. Personally have burned through over 12 vacation days waiting for their contractors to either not show up, not have the materials they needs, or simply make excuses. I would like to rate 3 out of 5. They build and hand over home faster than first Texas. Gehans are quite slower in maintaining the 60 days warranty claim.
