We have had mold in the house since day one. We have filed numerous claims to them Regarding the issue, and they continue to ignore our claims. Now we have found out that many of our neighbors with Gehan homes are also finding mold in their houses. If you are purchasing a new home, stay far away from Gehan. They do not build houses properly for the coastal regions.
No more local person to show the homes. But the houses are nice
