Not in the office at 10 am, with flags hanging below half mast - no one has died, just disrespectful and dont want business on a Tuesday? Update: this situation still happens. Most of the homes have been sold, but builder has left new owners with problems in new houses, especially those on hills, where retaining walls are falling apart. Fingers point at builder, who goes back to Gehan.
5 stars Gehan Homes at Hihg point Hils.
Their rep Kiley is extremely rude and condescending. All in all, an absolutely terrible experience with Gehan Homes. They had no vital information, even when we asked for their standard features they said they didn’t have it for us. Their standard model is SO basic that you have to pay for absolutely everything at which point Kiley kept saying she was worried the house wouldn’t appraise... well obviously because their upgrades are SO overpriced.
