DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ! Worst home buying experience ! Construction supervisor Duke is unpleasant to deal with and doesn't supervise the work to code. His attitude is I don't care. My initial visit they all were great including Mandel but after we signed we never heard anything again. So many things were wrong with the house . One week before moving in they messed up our driveway to wear you can't park on it and they did not care and said they would do nothing.
