The Doctor is good, but 1) I found the same information for free on YouTube, she just confirmed that opinion 2) the office billed me for spending 40 min with me, even the doctor spent around 15 min. And guess who needs to pay for that ... ? Just record your visit to prove the truth later.
Tried to contact office for 5 days as I was having a problem with my medication without any response. All office staff especially Victoria were rude, unprofessional and completely lacked empathy. Awful experience.
I’ll post three stars since we never got a chance to meet the doctor. Maybe she’s great, but after having medical records sent over, I called and left three voicemails with two different people to confirm receipt. No response. Onto the next one…
Really enjoy my interaction with Dr. Soodini. She is very detailed and listens to what I am saying. She take what I'm saying into consideration but will tell me issues straight forward. She is willing to try different things if results aren't improving. Her and her team are very attentive to my emails which I have sent several.
Dr. Soodini was highly recommended to me by two different surgeons .She is extremely attentive, explains everything, and patiently answers my many questions. And, her assistant and the entire staff are pleasant and informative.
