Very unprofessional , I need to find somewhere else to go. I have medical issues with major symptoms and I can't get in to see anyone , no one picks the phone up or calls back. They constantly cancel your appointments they canceled twice in one day for me then gives me a virtual appointment and couldn't hear the doctors so I have no idea what's going on. No meds giving (and I'm having major symptoms) was suppose to send lab order for blood and a scan in the mail but never received them and now I'm trying to contact them and ... read more

Why does no one EVER answer the phone? There’s not even a voicemail option. I’ve called 3 weeks now and spoke to 1 person. One time. Trying to find a new doc now!!
One would expect for the doctor to follow up, discuss results, give you a conclusion of some sort but no, he left me in complete darkness (as if I didn't see my own lab results). Very unfortunate. Didn't see Gioalakrishnan, perhaps that doctor would have been more thorough.
