1st time visit AND MY LAST! Waited over an hour just to reschedule because I couldn't even wait any longer!!!!!!! She shouldn't even be allowed to be a Dr! Extremely rude to make a patient wait that long!!! No wonder she was the only Dr that had openings. I can see why
If you are looking for a personable doctor Dr Ganesan is not the doctor for you. I not only had to answer the same question 3 seperate times, (not actively listening) but her medical assistant had awful bedside manners. She walked in to the room 30 mins later than our apt time, with no accountability of It or apology. It seems that she is there to take orders and not establish a relationship. If you prefer a PCP with good bedside manner, this is not the provider for you. She is very blunt, straightforward, no smiles, no friendliness.I don't even think she reviews your chart beforehand to know your history. I was so put off that it’s taken me a few years to even want to see a PCP again but I am now finding a new provider and making it my business to read reviews on multiple platforms before giving them my business—something I should have done with this provider.
Insanely rude and disrespectful, bedside manner is beyond a joke.
Dr. Ganesan is great. No muss, no fuss. One year I had to switch doctors due to insurance. I was thrilled to be back in her care. Highly recommend her (especially if you are like me and like to work with knowledgable and direct professionals).
