I’ve been coming here for years, but last Saturday I had a really disappointing threading experience. The usual staff weren’t available, and the male receptionist offered to do the service. I agreed, but I honestly regret it. He completely changed my eyebrow shape despite me clearly asking to just clean them up and keep the original shape. It was also much more painful than usual, his technique felt very heavy-handed and I ended up with irritation and even small scars on my upper lip.
