Dr Kale is knowledgeable and very compassionate. She cares about your well being and is supportive in your journey to healing and health.
Everything about the doctor, her compassion, her time spent with you, her knowledge and her expertise, are the reasons I am writing this, but her staff needs improvement BIGLY!! Messages gone unanswered, trying to get through for an appt. or a question. I am still waiting for a callback from December.
I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Kale’s office. First, they rarely answer the phone, which makes scheduling or addressing concerns incredibly frustrating. During my last visit, Dr. Kale didn’t let me talk or even look at me once throughout the appointment. Instead, she dismissed my concerns and told me my weight was because I “eat like trash,” which felt incredibly unprofessional and insensitive. Dr. Kale and her staff are wonderful I have been seeing for several years she is the best I recently moved 2 hour away so I have to see a new endocrinologist 😟
