I felt ignored, talked over, and dismissed. The dr talked so fast I could barely keep up, downplayed my issues and concerns, the notes were incorrect for what I told them. I had my first appt with her and it is the only doctor in 20 years that I left feeling like I was finally heard. I felt like she listened to me and she really seen that I needed help. I actually felt hopeful for the first time in so long.
