We couldn't be more happy with our new home in the Northgate community, awesome solid build and with all the finishing touches to a To ,the office make sure we were happy with our purchase by going the extra length to make sure that we were comfortable in our new home, thanks Lynn and Tony for being so patient and understanding in helping us through this process, great team.
We’ve been here 2 years now and haven’t yet met any of Geertsma staff who didn’t do her/his best to make this downsize work for us, including Andy😊. At the office, Lynn is always helpful, courteous, and quick to send someone out to get things done if/when necessary. Very much appreciated. Special thanks as well to Tony, then Ron & Mickey: personable, and absolutely no attempts to ‘cheap-out’ on a fix-up👍🏼. - - - - - - - - - -
My partner and I had bought a new build home with Geertsma back in May. We just moved in mid-October. This is our first house and I can confidently say that this builder really cares about their client's satisfaction (and we are super picky!!). We did multiple walk throughs (one with the builder and one with our agent) and they thoroughly went through everything about the house. Fabulous builder! The quality of craftsmanship is superb and the friendly helpful office staff helped each step of the way. 10/10 would recommend, will definitely buy from them again.
