I wrecked my car Dec 22nd 2021 the insurance company was fast, quick and prompt to get me back into my car as fast as possible so I get a few estimates and Geer Brothers is where I chose. They promised they could fix it in a month by the time my rental car was up. First month my car was in the shop the day I was told I could pick it up they called to tell me the parts were on a back order it was going to be another couple weeks. They received my vehicle I never heard from them at all until about 2 weeks I called them and they let me know how they couldn’t do anything with my vehicle until I come in and sing a release to start service! Hum don’t you think once they received your vehicle they should contact you to go over the steps needed to care for your repair needs? Then almost 3rd week in they decided they couldn’t do the work and ask that it go to another repair shop untouched from the get go now I’m with out a vehicle over 3 weeks at this point ... read more
