We have been visiting Geelong West Medical Clinic for around 1.5 years and have always seen Dr. Layla Mekhael, who has been great with our family. However, our recent experience with another doctor at the clinic—Dr. Vijay Ng—was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We visited for a skin concern regarding our baby, expecting a proper consultation and guidance. I am beyond grateful for the incredible service I received at Geelong West Medical Clinic. On the day before the Good Friday public holiday, they managed to fit me in on an already fully booked schedule for an urgent matter. I truly appreciate how they went out of their way to accommodate me on such short notice. By far the best medical clinic I've ever been to. The reception staff are always so friendly and professional. Even once when there was a computer error, and I waited in the wait room for longer than expected, the staff were honest and apologetic, and sought to rectify the error asap and I was bulk-billed for the appt. Dr Soo is amazing, and such a caring, empathetic GP. I love the way he educates me about general health, so I feel confident and proactive in my own health. Highly recommend this clinic!
