I am beyond grateful for the incredible service I received at Geelong West Medical Clinic. On the day before the Good Friday public holiday, they managed to fit me in on an already fully booked schedule for an urgent matter. I truly appreciate how they went out of their way to accommodate me on such short notice. By far the best medical clinic I've ever been to. The reception staff are always so friendly and professional. Even once when there was a computer error, and I waited in the wait room for longer than expected, the staff were honest and apologetic, and sought to rectify the error asap and I was bulk-billed for the appt. Dr Soo is amazing, and such a caring, empathetic GP. I love the way he educates me about general health, so I feel confident and proactive in my own health. Highly recommend this clinic!
The receptionist was very caring and helpful and I was able to see the GP the day I walked in for an appointment. Such an impressive and pleasant practice. Thoroughly recommend it.
Treated & spoken to like a child! Told I wasn’t allowed to write my blood values in my phone or even touch my phone despite doing this over the last year. I’m in a Hypothyroidism state & gp couldn’t even help adjust my medication. Do not attend if you need assistance with your thyroid, go elsewhere. Complete waste of time
Always come here to see Dr Loo. He's been my go to for many years and I'll always try to see him to get my health needs sorted. Dr Avdo and Dr Soo are excellent doctors as well for when I haven't been able to see Dr Loo. Kathy and the rest of the reception team are amazing and always make me feel welcome as do the lovely nursing staff.
