I was very disappointed with my visit at Geelong West Dental Clinic. Due to an earlier client arriving late, my appointment felt rushed as the dentist seemed to be trying to catch up with the schedule. Unfortunately, this affected the quality of care I received. My teeth weren’t properly cleaned before the filling. I understand that delays happen, but it shouldn’t compromise patient care. I hope the clinic considers the money spent by the patient in the future to ensure all patients receive thorough and attentive treatment
I highly recommend this dental clinic. The dentist gave excellent advice and went out of his way to explain everything. The frontline staff and nurses are friendly and helpful. Car parking is available at the rear. Thank you Teo and staff.
I have had a fantastic experience with Geelong West Dental. Whether for routine dental or specific treatments, I always felt as though I was in capable hands. One key difference between GWD and other dental clinics I have been to, is that they are transparent and actually make the effort to explain everything to you!
