Actual Scammer. Charged me 4k for what should have only been less than 2k maximum worth of work on an old Hiace. Have quotes that say it should be $1600 Was aggressive and would not break down where 20 hours of labour had gone. Just said take me to VCAT. Intended on taking them to vcat, got around to doing the docs a couple months later Had put the company into Administration. So just scamming people when he knew he was shutting it down. Highly recommend this business! Charles is very honest, upfront and looks after his customers. Our 2015 Mitsubishi truck was taken to GTM after being told by another well known mechanic it needed a new engine and turbo (cost $25,000). Charles and the guys were pretty adamant from the start it wasn’t the engine. Turns out the truck just needed a new turbo and a good service.
