Bought a new Bad Boy mower and had a minor deck belt issue that would not normally be a warranty issue. Geelong Rural we’re more than happy to come and have a look at it however and with no expectation from me and on their own initiative they successfully advocated to Bad Boy for it to be covered under warranty Really nice people to deal with.
Geelong Rural has great service and knowledge on all makes of machinery. Over many years they have serviced my Case header for pre harvest , rebuilt a engine on my tractor which came in well under budget. And also a fantastic parts department . Highly recommended.
Amanda and Bryan at Geelong Rural went above and beyond to come over to my property and refit the pot shaft to my Kioti tractor on a Sunday afternoon! Can’t thank them enough, I was beside myself and had tied everything to get it back on myself. Love your work guys. Cheers, Kent
