I couldn’t recommend Geelong Rug Spa more highly. Louise was a delight to deal with, responding to messages promptly. My rug was picked up from my old address and delivered to my new address, saving us transporting it ourselves. Most importantly my rug looks and smells like new. Our old dog unfortunately loved to use it as a toilet and as it has enormous sentimental value I couldn’t just get rid of it
Excellent service. Rug picked up from home and then returned when cleaned. All part of the service. Our rug is a Moroccan tribal wool rug that we bought second hand. We had no idea how vibrant the colours would look after the wash. It's like a brand new rug. We are extremely happy with the result.
