Poor quality
After Simonds builders started stealing my electricity I contacted Simonds homes via their online portal. Ignored my email and signed me up for marketing emails. Very unethical behaviour.
Came home to find the builders had opened my locked gate to steal my electricity from my house for their build next door. My dog could have gotten out. No attempt to knock on my door to ask as I have cameras. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
There’s a construction next door to me at the moment and as well as the muddy mess that I have to drive through, resulting in my garage floor looking like a quagmire. Today I get home and I can’t even enter my property because a truck is parked over my drive.
