UPDATE: The clinic manager called me today (being Friday) and although i was happy with my conversation with her, i will be leaving my 1 star review due to the unacceptable behaviour of the triaging nurse and also the receptionist who had NOT passed on the message to the manager hence the delay in response. After reading all the reviews i now see that it is a common problem with this clinic regarding customer service. Reception were lovely. I presented first thing in the morning having never been to urgent care before, and was the first person there, feeling the sickest I have ever felt in my life. Unable to get a full breath, unable to cough, unable to sleep. Doctor had me swab tested on basic OTC kits for the big things, all of which were negative. Proceeded to listen to my lungs and determined I must have something viral and told me ibuprofen and rest are all that would help. He wrote me a certificate. I was here recently for the second time. The red haired receptionist lacks the skill of building a rapport with patients in a health setting. Her behavior is coarse and apathetic. After I filled out details, she was standing in the waiting area and I asked her if she wanted me to place my forms on the desk, she vaguely replied whilst looking at the floor with "ahhh yeaha?". Very disappointed with the service at this urgent care clinic. I explained that I couldn’t get an appointment with my GP and came for symptoms listed on their website. However, the receptionist spoke to me in a loud, unprofessional manner in front of others, questioning the urgency of my condition repeatedly. I could clearly see from her expressions that she was dismissive, and it felt as though she assumed I was only there to get free treatment. I understand what constitutes urgency.
