Absolutely terrible. Been in severe ear pain since 3am and was dizzy. Saw other people before me, including a lady who came in dressed up, hair done, make up done and she waited 20 mins. How bad can it be if she had time to dress up and do her hair and makeup? I spoke to the nurse in tears and told her given the 2 hours I had waited in severe pain I couldn’t wait anymore and I’d be driving home dizzy. A waste of time. Fantastic for emergency care. Caring doctors and nurses who did so much to help my wife on Saturday night. They were quick to act with iv fluids and antibiotics. Thank you
