Really distressing to deal with. Because of my child’s complex medical issues, I’ve dealt with a large amount of specialists, in private practice and in hospitals. Geelong Paediatrics is hands down the most stressful and unhelpful to deal with. Really distressing to deal with. There are no doubt lots of pressures for a practice in managing the huge demand for paediatricians, but this practice's communication and manner of dealing with patients consistently makes the stress of managing the life-long, complex needs of a sick child even worse. My advice would be to think through how marginalised and stressed much of your clientele are, and do a re-think of your comms to fit. Thanks.

Definitely steer clear of Nick Mills, we were told by this "man" that NDIS was not for children like my son but for children In wheel chairs. Strange man, and very out of touch with reality, steer clear especially if you have a child with ASD or ADD/ADHD.

Wasted our time. We have been waiting for a referral to be looked at for well over a month, we were told that there was a peadiatrician available with no waitlist and have received a letter today in the post stating that there is a waitlist and there are no available peadiatricians. I am beyond disgusted and infuriated with this practice, we have been waiting and hoping for the peadiatrician's help to absolutely no avail. Don't waste your time either.
