Excellent Service, professional and polite
Attended with an extremely painful and advanced corneal ulcer. Attended as soon as it opened hoping for a quick assessment and or advice. I now understand you need a referral but the receptionist could have explained this with a bit more empathy and still given advice as to how to get prompt treatment for this serious eye condition. Since this the practice manager, Kelsey, has been in touch to listen to my concerns. She was lovely and Dr Spencer has also assisted in my recovery. Star rating changed accordingly.
Proactive, progressive, and a lively person as well.
