Ridiculous customer service.the level of unprofessionality in that place is unbelievable . Tried to get an appointment after my gp sent them a referral .they were not responding on the phone and when i was getting through the line there was always someone saying that they would let the reception know about my calls .after several calls going always the same way i kinda gave up on calling them .i waied about 3 weeks and stll didn't got any calls back from them so i tried to call again but this time i got through to the right ... read more
Mr James King performed emergency surgery on me when a sudden spinal issue / suddenly onset/ severe onset of pain,causing me to faint in Kmarrt) the problem was threatening my spinal cord, and i lost sensation in my foot,- so I could have been left partial or complete paraplegic- so surgery eas really needed urgently. I was done quickly by Mr King and his skill and bedside manner were all top notch. I would recommend gim- and any of his colleagues very highly. Excellent, professional care
The best aspect of seeing Dr Alex Chen just once for FND, functional Neurological Disorder, is that I'll never seek the opinion of another Neurologist and save their time, my money - zero treatment can be offered as no-one really knows origins, although there are several theories ... I have had dealings with the ladies on reception and Dr James King from Geelong Neurosurgery. I have nothing but full praise for them all. Mr King certainly punches well above his weight in terms of being technically brilliant, compassionate, caring and I could highly recommend him
