I have had my truck booked in for service twice. Once for the initial 5000klm check and again for the 25000klm service. On both times, I have requested things to be done when making the booking, and they weren't completed. For the 5000klm checkup, I asked for the dashcam to be moved. They told me when I picked the truck up, that they were unable to as they didn't have a new sticky pad to remount it. For the 25000klm service, I specifically asked for a wheel rotation. After sales service is above and beyond expectations.
Very efficient team Sophie and Ebony were extremely helpful in getting the information I needed and getting the job done.
Truck went in for a recall issue , asked them to check a reoccurring fault code , low fuel rail pressure. They advised it could possibly be the fuel filters as there not genuine, they were ryco and new. Best part of $700 bucks to diagnose and change over and do a thorough road test, even though they said it could be your fuel pressure limiting valve. Fault was back on the drive home. Doubt il be returning to Isuzu Geelong. Cheers
