I rang Bruce at 10am sat 3rd Jan. Told him I needed a diagram for my old Bosch hot water service as no one have one in Geelong. He had one in his truck but unfortunately he was on holidays in Indonesia somewhere. So what did he do? He rang home, organised the part and I went round and picked part up. If that isn't service I don't know what is. Thanks again Bruce

Extremely impressed by Bruce at Geelong Hot Water Pty Ltd. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Came within half an hour of my call this morning and repaired our electric hot water system so that we now have hot water again!! Very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
So happy with the service I received. Bruce was amazing, you can tell he is an expert in his field and knows what he's talking about. Came after hours as we had no hot water and made sure he got us back up and running. Decided on a new system in the end and the install was excellent. Cannot recommend enough!
Would highly recommend Bruce have known Bruce since 2003 when he replaced our broken down hot water heater since then he replaced #2 in 2011 and #3 yesterday 2025 phoned him at 10am and by 5pm our new heater was running just a brilliant service every time could not be happier thank you Bruce.
