Josh in spare parts was super helpful and patient with me. He took the time to discuss options and make suggestions for better and more cost effective parts for my Sportster 883. Highly recommend asking for him if your trying to do something a little different.
Not good experiences. I bought a new 2020 CVO Streetglide here, I’ve had it back for engine upgrades, had to go back again as it wasn’t right, had it back for a pre trip service, it wasn’t right and had to go back again (exhaust leak from when it was removed, lost brakes whilst riding in Tasmania!). Took it in for accident damage, had to return it again as it wasn’t right (parts charged to the insurance company were not fitted). The sales guys are brilliant, the service department is terrible.
