Dr. Neel is an outstanding doctor — highly experienced, extremely friendly, and genuinely caring. He always takes the time to listen and explains everything clearly. What I appreciate most is that he gives the right suggestions every time, without rushing or overcomplicating things. His calm and professional approach makes you feel confident and at ease. Terrible receptionist not helpful at all, your job is to help patients with their enquires and she does the complete opposite to that. I’ve been under the care of Dr. Sumaya Al-Ukaidey for around two and a half years, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of her. Great doctor but an EXTREMELY rude receptionist, will be looking for another specialist such a shame Neal. I am paying for the service not your receptionists rudeness.
