We cannot praise the staff enough for the treatment we all received when my son with Autism had a dental procedure. Dr Tom and Dr Helen were absolutely amazing as were the nurses and reception staff. A procedure like this can be very stressful but everyone there made things go as smoothly as possible. I will never go anywhere else and would recommend to anybody.
If I could give zero stars I would. I definitely would not recommend going to Ian. Had a horrible experience. Avoid him at all costs, very arrogant man.
Had a good experience here. The place was clean, tidy and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend
The team here were fantastic, Nicole was from the moment she booked me in, and to Paul and Ian thank you for making it as pleasant as possible. To all the other staff thank you, for making it a relaxing caring environment.
Visited this place and had a Dr. consult prior to surgery which went well. I was given a date for surgery and booked an overseas flight and hotels to fit in with surgery dates as discussed with receptionist. I received a call at 5:30pm last night stating that due to illness that my surgery had been cancelled. As I have already booked flights etc.. based on my important surgery date I have no time to make alternative arrangements and was offered no solutions from Geelong Day Surgery.
