Being a female and knowing nothing about cars I was worried to take my car into a mechanic when it broke down while I was on holidays. I called GCR and took it across for a diagnosis. I got my friend mechanic on the the phone and whilst the GCR mechanic was explaining to him the diagnosis for it running rough, my friend agreed with the mechanic.
